Since the beginning of 2016, Kia has sold 54,265 vehicles. But the company confirmed its status by taking the lead in sales for the month of August. In total, 7178 Rio cars were sold in Russia during this summer month.

As for the other cars of the company, the new Sportage, which started sales in April, took the second position of Kia. A total of 1229 SUVs of this model were sold in August. Since the beginning of 2016, 11,245 Kia Sportages have been sold, of which 7,492 are the next-generation SUVs. Cee’d has taken the third place in the company's ranking and has not surrendered its position for the fifth consecutive month. During August, 980 units of Kia Cee’d were sold, 10469 cars of this model from the beginning of the year. Together with the Cerato model, the new Cee'd secured the company's leadership in the C-class segment.
The more expensive sedan Kia Optima also broke its own record, dealers sold 715 cars of this model, which is 480% more than last year's figures, and 3207 cars in just a year. So many Kia Soul cars (715 cars) were sold in August, this is 80.3% more than last year's data. Since January, 4131 Soul cars have been sold.
The rating is closed by poorly sold Kia cars: Sorento Prime - 194 cars, Sorento - 248, Mohave - 55 cars, Picanto - 106 units, Kia Venga - 48 cars. Although there are positive data from these figures.
